there would be a button saying create new google account, click on it.

All of the details will apear like address and name (fill everything). If your a dummy, ask someone smart like ryan wiese.

Name your blog, type the url and the work vertification

STEP NO. 10

PICK ANY TEMPLATE THAT YOU DESIRE

NOW YOUR BLOG WILL BE SHOWN RIGHT IN YOUR EYES.

-YOU CAN EDIT THE DESIGN OF THE BLOG AND ADD COOL THINGS LIKE ADD A GADGET BY GOING TO LAYOUT AND PICKING ANYTHING U WANT.
